The Kayo Standard
My name is Andrew Kayo. I've spent nearly 20 years in the trades, working in people's homes, on their roofs, and inside their walls. I've seen how good contractors operate. I've also seen how bad ones leave people hanging.
I started Kayo's Renos because I wanted to do it right. Not just “good enough” right — actually right. The kind of work that holds up, that you notice when it's done well, and that you can feel good about showing your family.
We're a small, tight team. We take on projects we know we can deliver. We show up on time, communicate clearly, and we don't leave until the job is done the way it should be. If we're not satisfied with something, we fix it — even if you haven't noticed yet.
That's the Kayo standard. And it's not going anywhere.
